Hauptsitz und historisches Herzstück der Gruppe in der Provinz Brescia. Hier werden Strukturbauteile und komplexe Systeme für die Automobilindustrie entwickelt und gefertigt. Dabei werden Gießerei, Bearbeitung und Montage mit hochpräzisen Lösungen für die weltweit führenden Hersteller integriert.
OMR Modena ist spezialisiert auf die Fertigung kompletter Aluminiumrahmen für die Automobilindustrie. Mit hauseigener Bearbeitung, Schweißtechnik und Qualitätskontrolle entstehen Strukturbauteile, die Leichtigkeit, Festigkeit und hohe Leistungsfähigkeit vereinen. Dank der hohen Expertise im Bereich Aluminium und der Integration in die OMR-Gruppe trägt OMR Modena zu innovativen Lösungen für namhafte Automobilhersteller bei.
OMR Atessa ist auf die Fertigung kompletter Aluminiumrahmen und -hilfsrahmen für die Automobilindustrie spezialisiert. Das Werk produziert Hightech-Strukturbauteile, die Leichtigkeit, Festigkeit und Präzision vereinen. Dank fortschrittlicher Produktionsprozesse, strenger Qualitätskontrollen und der Integration in die OMR-Gruppe trägt es zu innovativen Lösungen für führende internationale Hersteller bei.
Das chinesische Werk der Gruppe ist in der Gießerei von duktilem und Grauguss sowie in der zugehörigen mechanischen Weiterverarbeitung für die Bereiche Landwirtschaft, Erdbewegung und Nutzfahrzeuge tätig. Es wurde 2007 gegründet, um internationalen Kunden einen qualifizierten Partner zu bieten, und hat sein Portfolio seither auf lokale Kunden ausgeweitet, wodurch die industrielle Präsenz der OMR-Gruppe in Asien gestärkt wurde.
Das brasilianische Werk in Sete Lagoas (Minas Gerais) erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 300.000 m² und ist auf die Bearbeitung und Montage von Motor- und Getriebekomponenten spezialisiert. Es verfügt über eine neue Aluminium-Druckgussgießerei und Produktionslinien für Leichtmetallräder. Zudem beherbergt es das Joint Venture Streparava für Achsen und Bremsscheiben und zählt damit zu den umfassendsten Standorten der Gruppe.
Das Werk in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, erstreckt sich über 15.000 m² und beschäftigt rund 200 Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen Gießerei, Bearbeitung, Montage und Endbearbeitung. Es produziert Aluminium-Druckgussteile für Motoren und Getriebe und beliefert führende indische Hersteller sowie Kunden in Europa und Nordamerika.
Die Gießerei der Gruppe in San Felice sul Panaro (Modena) ist auf Sand- und Kokillenguss von Aluminium für die Automobil- und Industriebranche spezialisiert. Sie verfügt über bewährte metallurgische Expertise und Prozesskontrolle für hochwertige, präzise und zuverlässige Bauteile.
Als Unternehmen der OMR Automotive Group mit Sitz in Pavone Mella (Brescia) vereint es metallurgisches Know-how, fortschrittliche Technologien und strenge Qualitätskontrollen.
OMR Automotive hat seinen Hauptsitz in Rovereto (Trento) und ist auf die Bearbeitung von Gusseisen- und Aluminiumkomponenten für Industrie und Automobilbranche spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch Präzisionsbearbeitung, fortschrittliche Technologien und hohe Standards in Bezug auf Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität aus.
Die Produktionsstätte der Gruppe befindet sich in Speedway (Indianapolis, USA). Sie ist spezialisiert auf geschweißte und bearbeitete Aluminiumrahmen für SUVs und die Montage von Motorkomponenten (Zylinderköpfe, Ölwanne, Kurbelgehäuse) und bietet dabei die gleiche Zuverlässigkeit wie ihre italienischen Werke.
Das Werk von OMR Morocco SARL befindet sich in Casablanca, innerhalb des Industriekomplexes SOMACA, einem der wichtigsten Produktionszentren der marokkanischen Automobilindustrie.
Das Werk ist auf die Bearbeitung von mechanischen Bauteilen für die Automobilindustrie spezialisiert. Der Fokus liegt auf der Fertigung hochwertiger Komponenten, die den strengen Qualitätsstandards führender internationaler Hersteller entsprechen. Zu den Hauptprodukten zählen Ansaug- und Abgaskrümmer, Motorlager, Motorabdeckungen, Fahrwerkslager, Bremstrommeln und -scheiben sowie Achsen- und Antriebskomponenten.

🏭 "At first, it all looked like science fiction to me."
That`s how Antonio remembers his first days at OMR Automotive. Originally from Salerno, he joined the San Felice foundry in 2016 as a shell-casting operator: his first experience in a mechanical plant.
Today, after the training he received from his colleagues and years of work, he`s a shift leader coordinating a team of ten.
