Headquarters and historic heart of the Group in the province of Brescia. It designs and manufactures structural components and complex systems for the automotive industry, integrating foundry, machining and assembly with high-precision solutions for the world's leading manufacturers.
OMR Modena specializes in the production of complete aluminum chassis for the automotive sector. Managing machining, welding and quality control in-house, it creates structural components that combine lightness, strength and high performance. Thanks to its high level of specialization in aluminum and its integration with the other companies within the OMR Group, it contributes innovative solutions for the most prestigious automotive manufacturers.
OMR Atessa specializes in the production of complete chassis and subframes in aluminum for the automotive sector. The plant manufactures technologically advanced structural components, combining lightness, strength and precision. Thanks to advanced production processes, rigorous quality control and integration with the companies of the OMR Group, it contributes innovative solutions for leading international manufacturers.
The Group's Chinese plant operates in ductile and grey iron foundry and related machining for the agricultural, earthmoving and heavy vehicle sectors. Established in 2007 to support international customers with a qualified partner, it has since expanded its portfolio to include local customers as well, strengthening OMR Group's industrial presence in Asia.
Located in Sete Lagoas (Minas Gerais) on an area of 300,000 m², the Brazilian hub is dedicated to the machining and assembly of engine and transmission components, with a new die-cast aluminum foundry and dedicated alloy wheel lines. It is also home to the Streparava JV for axles and brake discs, making it one of the Group's most comprehensive sites.
Located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, the plant covers 15,000 m² of covered area and employs around 200 people across foundry, machining, assembly and finishing. It produces die-cast aluminum components for engines and transmissions, serving leading Indian manufacturers as well as European and North American customers.
Group foundry located in San Felice sul Panaro (Modena), specialized in sand and gravity aluminum casting for the automotive and industrial sectors. Consolidated metallurgical know-how and process control ensure components of high quality, precision and reliability.
Company of the OMR Automotive Group based in Pavone Mella (Brescia), combining metallurgical know-how, advanced technologies and rigorous quality control.
OMR Automotive site in Rovereto (Trento), specialized in the machining of cast iron and aluminum components for the industrial and automotive sectors. It stands out for precision machining, advanced technologies and high standards of quality, reliability and flexibility.
Group production site in Speedway (Indianapolis, USA). Specialized in welded and machined aluminum chassis for SUVs and in the assembly of engine components (cylinder heads, oil pans, oil sumps), with the same reliability as the Italian sites.
The OMR Morocco SARL plant is located in Casablanca, within the SOMACA industrial complex, one of the main automotive production hubs in Morocco.
The plant specializes in the machining of mechanical components for the automotive sector, with activities focused on producing high-value-added components and meeting the strict quality standards required by leading international manufacturers. Key products include intake and exhaust manifolds, engine mounts, engine covers, suspension mounts, brake drums and discs, as well as axle and driveshaft components.
