We are OMR. For over a century we have been building the future of the automotive industry. But today our engine is not just technology: it is sustainability. A vision that unites environment, people and responsibilities, a way of doing business that puts long-term value at the centre.
For OMR, sustainability isn’t a statement: it’s how we think about processes, choose materials, build relationships. It’s an integrated commitment that spans plants, products, people, and governance, and translates into concrete choices every day: from renewable energy produced in our plants, to caring for people and communities, to the transparency with which we build trust with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Our vision is articulated along the three internationally recognized ESG pillars: Environment, Social, Governance. Three complementary guidelines that guide the way we build the future: energy that respects the environment, the people at the heart of all progress, the responsibility that guides every decision.

The energy that respects
We are Environmental. It means renewable energy and respect for the environment. In our plants, photovoltaic panels produce clean energy every day, contributing concretely to the decarbonization of our production processes.
We reduce consumption, improve energy efficiency, optimise material and waste management, protect biodiversity and water resources. Every gesture, every line, every department is designed to impact less and produce better.
Each process is born with a clear goal: to leave a positive mark, for a better planet.

The people at the heart
We are Social. It means putting people at the centre of all progress. In OMR, safety at work is the first value: everything else is built from there.
We invest in continuous training, Italian and English language courses, and workplace well-being. We collaborate with Liceo Luzzago and Scuola Vantini to guide young people into the business world, develop new skills, and build the future together.
We believe in the strength of the community: we support AN Brescia Nuoto and Pallanuoto, promote solidarity projects with AIRC and AIL, and are partners of Brescia Musei and inclusion initiatives.
For the next four years we continue to be part of the technical team of Scuderia Ferrari, contributing our engineering and passion to the world of Formula 1. We support the local communities, ncluding the initiatives of the Rezzato Oratory and the Concert in Honour of Silvana Tirini, places where communities and shared values grow.
