The OMR Bagla Automotive Systems India Ltd. plant is located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), in the state of Maharashtra, in one of the most dynamic industrial areas of the country. The site covers 15,000 m² of covered area and employs around 200 people, distributed between the foundry department — dedicated to the production of die-cast aluminum components — and the machining, assembly and finishing departments. This structure allows the plant to manage the main stages of the production cycle in-house, from aluminum casting to the finished product, ensuring rigorous quality control and full traceability. Production includes engine and transmission components for both the automotive and industrial sectors, serving leading Indian manufacturers as well as, through direct supply, customers in the European and North American markets. Thanks to integration with the other companies of the OMR Group and the sharing of common technological and organizational standards, the site is a key reference point for the Group’s presence in the Indian subcontinent and a competitive bridge to international markets.
