The OMR Componentes Automotivos Ltda plant is located in Sete Lagoas, in the State of Minas Gerais, on a total area of 300,000 m². The production hub is organized across several facilities: the main plant, which today covers over 40,000 m², is dedicated to the machining and assembly of engine and transmission components for passenger cars and commercial vehicles — including engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankcases, engine mounts and flywheels. A new foundry of approximately 10,000 m² is being started up, intended for the production of die-cast aluminum components, while an additional plant of over 25,000 m² has recently been completed, where new lines dedicated to the manufacturing of aluminum alloy wheels will become operational by the end of the year, with an integrated cycle covering all process stages, from casting to surface finishing and painting. The site is also home to Streparava Componentes Automotivos, a joint venture with the Streparava Group: a 10,000 m² plant dedicated to the assembly of axles for commercial vehicles and the production of brake discs. This multi-process configuration makes the Brazilian facility one of the Group’s most comprehensive and strategic hubs, capable of managing the entire supply chain in-house, from casting to the finished assembled product, serving manufacturers active in the South American market.
