Siège du Groupe et cœur historique de l’entreprise, situé dans la province de Brescia. Le site conçoit et fabrique des composants structurels et des systèmes complexes pour l’industrie automobile, en intégrant fonderie, usinage et assemblage grâce à des solutions de haute précision destinées aux plus grands constructeurs mondiaux.
OMR Modena est spécialisée dans la production de châssis complets en aluminium pour le secteur automobile. En maîtrisant en interne l’usinage, le soudage et les contrôles qualité, elle réalise des composants structurels alliant légèreté, résistance et hautes performances. Grâce à son expertise pointue dans le domaine de l’aluminium et à son intégration avec les autres entités du Groupe OMR, elle contribue au développement de solutions innovantes pour les constructeurs automobiles les plus prestigieux.
OMR Atessa est spécialisée dans la production de châssis complets et de sous-châssis en aluminium pour le secteur automobile. Le site fabrique des composants structurels à haute valeur technologique, alliant légèreté, résistance et précision. Grâce à des processus de production avancés, à des contrôles qualité rigoureux et à son intégration avec les sociétés du Groupe OMR, il contribue au développement de solutions innovantes destinées aux principaux constructeurs automobiles internationaux.
Le site chinois du Groupe est spécialisé dans la fonderie de fonte ductile et de fonte grise ainsi que dans les usinages mécaniques associés, destinés aux secteurs agricole, des engins de chantier et des véhicules industriels lourds. Créé en 2007 afin d’accompagner les clients internationaux avec un partenaire qualifié, il a ensuite élargi son portefeuille à la clientèle locale, renforçant ainsi la présence industrielle du Groupe OMR en Asie.
Situé à Sete Lagoas (Minas Gerais), sur un site de 300 000 m², le pôle brésilien est dédié à l’usinage et à l’assemblage de composants de moteurs et de transmissions, avec une nouvelle fonderie d’aluminium sous pression et des lignes dédiées aux jantes en alliage. Il accueille également la JV Streparava, spécialisée dans les essieux et les disques de frein, et se distingue ainsi comme l’un des sites les plus complets du Groupe.
Situé à Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), dans le Maharashtra, le site s’étend sur 15 000 m² de surfaces couvertes et emploie environ 200 personnes dans les domaines de la fonderie, de l’usinage, de l’assemblage et de la finition. Il produit des composants en aluminium moulé sous pression pour moteurs et transmissions, au service des principaux constructeurs indiens ainsi que de clients européens et nord-américains.
Fonderie du Groupe située à San Felice sul Panaro (Modène), spécialisée dans la coulée d’aluminium en sable et par gravité pour les secteurs automobile et industriel. Un savoir-faire métallurgique consolidé et une maîtrise rigoureuse des processus garantissent des composants de haute qualité, précis et fiables.
Société du Groupe OMR Automotive basée à Pavone Mella (Brescia), elle associe savoir-faire métallurgique, technologies avancées et contrôles qualité rigoureux.
Site d’OMR Automotive à Rovereto (Trente), spécialisé dans l’usinage de composants en fonte et en aluminium pour l’industrie et le secteur automobile. Il se distingue par ses usinages mécaniques de précision, ses technologies avancées et ses standards élevés en matière de qualité, de fiabilité et de flexibilité.
Site de production du Groupe à Speedway (Indianapolis, États-Unis). Spécialisé dans les châssis en aluminium soudés et usinés pour SUV ainsi que dans l’assemblage de composants moteur (culasses, carters d’huile, plaques de base), avec le même niveau de fiabilité que les sites italiens.
L’usine OMR Morocco SARL est située à Casablanca, au sein du complexe industriel SOMACA, l’un des principaux pôles de production du secteur automobile au Maroc.
Le site est spécialisé dans l’usinage de composants mécaniques destinés au secteur automobile, avec une activité axée sur la production de composants à forte valeur ajoutée et le respect des normes de qualité rigoureuses exigées par les principaux constructeurs internationaux. Parmi les principales productions figurent les collecteurs d’admission et d’échappement, les supports moteur, les couvre-culasses, les supports de suspension, les tambours et disques de frein, ainsi que des composants pour essieux et ponts.

🏭 "At first, it all looked like science fiction to me."
That`s how Antonio remembers his first days at OMR Automotive. Originally from Salerno, he joined the San Felice foundry in 2016 as a shell-casting operator: his first experience in a mechanical plant.
Today, after the training he received from his colleagues and years of work, he`s a shift leader coordinating a team of ten.
